In 2015, under Anna's artistic leadership, Replay took TiNY to Cape Town where it toured township clinics and hospitals.

It was the first ever babyshow to tour South Africa as part of the SA UK Seasons 14/15 (British Council/National Arts Council of South Africa).

Whilst in South Africa, Anna also ran intensive workshops with Cape Town’s Magnet Theatre Company as a catalyst for their Early Years Company to create their own homegrown babyshow, SCOOP.
